The Growing Home and Learning Center

The Growing Home is an urban farm, educational center, and edible landscape company located in Diamond Bar, CA (near LA). Since 2008, we have grown thousands of pounds of fruits, vegetables, and herbs on our 5000 sq ft of land, feeding our family and our local community. We believe that growing food makes more sense than growing grass, that it is time for our society to reconnect with the food it eats, and that the best healthcare is fresh, vibrant, organic food. We strive to educate people and help them grow their own food.

Using victory gardens as a focus point, The National WWII Museum demonstrates that the lessons and examples from the World War II homefront are applicable and relevant within today’s society.
