Inside the classroom students learn about a host of topics surrounding plants, nutrition and gardening. Outside the classroom, utilizing the school garden, students are able to apply all knowledge gained inside the classroom to prep the garden, identify which plants grow best during the planting season, maintain the school garden and harvest and cook all fruits and vegetables harvested from the garden.
