ESY Berkeley Teaching Staff
Edible Schoolyard Project
Berkeley, CA

This resource shows how the Edible Schoolyard Project structures one-on-one between managers and employees. These meetings serve to get both people clear about task priorities, any concerns that may be present for the employee or supervisor, and what support might be provided. Prior to the meeting, employees provide written responses to the questions below.
Here and Now

1. What are my big priorities right now? Where am I putting most of my time and energy?

2. What are my biggest challenges, roadblocks, and difficulties? What support do I need to overcome them?

3. What are some of my biggest accomplishments over the last year?

4. What did I complete or release? What still feels incomplete to me?

5. Do I have any feedback I would like to share at this time?
