Wasatch Community Gardens (host institution)

Our goal is to increase healthy eating habits and crucial food growing skills of students in our after school program City Roots and our newest field trip program Growing Greens. Both programs will engage students in hands-on garden-based learning in our two youth gardens. The grant will enable us to focus on Title 1 schools and students with limited access to fresh healthy food.
