Principles of Volunteer Management

Date: Thursday, December 18, 2 pm – 3:30 pm PT

In this virtual workshop, we’ll share lessons learned from growing our volunteer program which today welcomes nearly 600 volunteers each year, providing an average of 40 hours of additional garden work each week. We’ll share principles of managing volunteer programs that can be applied in a wide variety of contexts and offer resources for growing your volunteer program.
