We are a new business interested in donating a percentage of our net profits to enhance childrens gardens and food awareness. We also want to support  Walk Free.org to assist in abolishing modern day slavery.

Our first event is planned for June of 2014 in the park in Basalt Colorado. We are doing an event in conjunction with the raw foodie Guru Eric Ethan who founded Suja Juice. Its going to be free yoga and juicing in the park with a dj. It will be a day for family participation, and hopefully partially sponsored by Whole Foods.

Our product involves foraging and harvesting wild Dandelions in a 3 month window at 10,000 feet in our pristine mountain area. We have wild Dandelions growing in tall grasses for over a 100 years that have rarely if ever been cut before. We are soon to be organic and non gmo certified.

We believe in the medicinal qualities and benefits of the dandelion, but also in its unique and rare taste. We offer our Dandelion in the form of elixirs, teas, raw agave simple syrup, infused honey, infused oils, infused vinegars and homemade soup.

Everything we make is of the finest quality, organic, made to order and handcrafted in small batches.

Our packaging is in glass which does not alter the taste, and is re-useable.

Our beehives are from the local Monastery in old Snowmass. This almost single origin honey is from a massive numeber of Dandelions that grow wild in the Monasterys meadow.

All of our harvesting is done in a responsibe and sustainable manner.

We got into foraging and creating our line of Dandelion products because they did not exist anywhere in the way we are offering it. This unique brand has become our passion. We enjoy foraging and handcrafting  a healthy gourmet food for ourselves and others.

We provide private individuals, Cold Press Juice companys and 5 Star Restaurants with our unique Dandelion Food Products.

We want to give back in a away that promotes education and access to healthy living, and invites real food with a twist from an amazing terror!

My ancestors were nordic agarians who came to Colorado ,and were wandering these very same mountains we forage as prospectors in the late 1800's. That was their legacy and now I have mine too, where I want to create  a life time work that gives back.
