The following description is a summary of our farm to school plan funded by a 2013 USDA Farm to School Program grant: To reconnect our students to the rich agricultural heritage on Cape Cod through multi‐disciplinary, experiential activities and curricula, and to provide students daily access to a variety of fresh, locally harvested agricultural products.
