Program Description

The 90-day program requires each group of students (25-40 children) to consume one Blast (aka smoothie) five days a week. The program requires a team of leaders and mentors to facilitate the Blast Bar. The leadership team (3-4 people) organizes and sets up the Blast Bar to assist the children in making their Blasts for the day. One of the team members will be responsible for the social media content. The program captures the children’s health status and health perception at the beginning and at the end of the program. The program requires the following to be documented or to be captured throughout the program.

● Weekly

○ Social media content that includes photographs and videos to be publicly shared.

○ Daily Blast records to capture the frequency of a student Blast consumption.

○ Weekly highlights related to the NutriLiving UNI program. A prompt may be provided to help guide the report.

○ Receipts of the produce to capture the cost of the program if applicable.
