We inspire people to develop knowledge, skills and confidence for a healthier future through Kitchen and Garden classes.

School Culinary Consulting- We structure and implement programs in schools to transform the schoolyard into a vegetable garden and the kitchen into a classroom. We develop programs with schools to achieve well-being and health goals through culinary workshops. Cooking is used as a tool to teach different skills according to the needs of each school.

Cooking & Garden Workshops - We organize cooking and Garden workshops for all ages led by experts, resident chefs and guests on a wide range of topics.

Aprendiz Sabores & Saberes - A cooking program for children and teenagers after school. In our workshops, cooking and health go hand in hand, awakening curiosity about various topics, from nutrition, science, to general culture. In addition, we create a commitment to safety, planning, defining processes, organization, group work and cleanliness. The workshops are held weekly during the school semester. Each semester has a different edition.

Food Introduction Experiences - We organize events with babies, their families and caregivers where we address the baby's autonomy in feeding, their eating behavior, family and social expectations. In addition, we provide guidance on preparation techniques, cuts, portions and ideal food types, ensuring safe and appropriate nutrition for each stage of development."
