Mount Saint Joseph is a residential program

The expansion of our garden will give boys who are predominantly from poor, inner city
urban areas the opportunity to be involved in planning and planting a garden that
they will be able to see grow and also enjoy the produce from the garden. For many
it will be there first opportunity to be involved in a nature related project. Our current
garden has been successful with healthy food, but it is too small for the boys to enjoy
more than a taste of the vegetables and fruits. We want to expand it so they can
get a better experience of gardening.
