Morada Middle School

We are working in conjunction with CNGF (California Native Grant Foundation) to create a 21000 sq. ft. Biodiversity Science Life Lab. CNGF is designing, planning and helping us to implement this garden to use as an interactive educational ongoing project, to be used along with the California Science Standards. The students and community will work towards the sustaining, upkeep and continual advancement of the garden to help feed and create knowledge for the community to become self sufficient along with their children, our students, to create their own gardens for continued sustenance as they become parents themselves. With your help, we can make this garden a model for this area and encourage other schools to also create this environment for them as well. Our science dept. will be heavily involved in this garden project and roughly half of the student body as well.
