About the Program: 

We are a non-profit organization to promote the enjoyment of a lifestyle that aims to establish resource recycling in the local community. Our activities include, among others teaching how to recycle our kitchen garbage and other waste generated from our yards that is, how to turn them into compost and communicating the joy of composting. By making use of compost we produced or collected in neiboring areas, we grow vegetables in community gardens. 

We focus on following 5 issues for a sustainable lifestyle in community you live.

1.A system for circulation with in the community, Local Food Cycling.

2.Open class that can hands-on sustainable lifestyle skill.

3.Professional leader who have many experiences of technical and social skill. And community members who can give appropriate advices citizens for citizens.(LFC school)

4.Community organic garden.

5.Local food market.

We've started Local Food Cycling (LFC)Local Food Cycling is a food cycling system based on local house kitchens.There are 3 things we are aim for in this system.  First, to make a nutrition cycle originating with the compost. Second, to build local communities every 2km-radius area where this activity is sustainable by the local people. Third, to offer a cycling life that people enjoy and develop “power to live”. LFC has implemented in newly-developed residencial area as well. We've stated a program for a bording school for 13 to 18 year-old students. We are making compost at school and a dormitry as well and all members, students, teachers and staff grow vegetables in school gardens to make school sustainable to ooperate with farmers.
