ABOUT US
We, the members of LACNIP, believe the Lima and Allen County (Ohio) area is a great place to live, work, and raise families. We're proud of our community, but we also realize that by working together we can make it even better.

LACNIP is a non-profit organization designed to foster better communication and cooperation between the various neighborhood associations in the Lima- Allen County area. We also continually work to develop partnerships with other organizations (both public and private). 
Won't you join us in our efforts to bring continuous improvement to Lima and Allen County? We need everyone's help. This is your community, too!

Lima-Allen County Neighborhoods in Partnership (LACNIP) advocates for the improvement of safety and quality of community life through neighborhood partnerships and personal responsibility.

L.A.C.N.I.P. Mission Statement
The Board has identified standing committees as being important for the growth and stability of the organization, and uses temporary task force teams for short-term needs. The standing committees are:

  • Executive -

Establishes administrative policies and operating procedures
Assists the President with all committees and task force teams, ensuring that each committee submits regular reports
Recommends, with approval of the board, individuals to serve when vacancies occur on the board
Prepares the annual LACNIP budget
Makes recommendations to the LACNIP Board on any modifications to the budget
Develops Policies for the use of any funds
Allocates funds
Ensures that an audit is conducted annually
Provides monthly report to the LACNIP Board
 

  • Fundraising/Marketing -

Ensures adequate funding for the organization through memberships, grants, sponsorships, corporate donations and fees for services.
Creates and distributes all marketing & publicity materials using the many types of media available.
Provides monthly report to the LACNIP Board
