Kai Ming Head Start

Kai Ming provides free preschool services to children ages three to five years old from eligible families living in San Francisco. We are a high quality multicultural preschool program.  We offer healthy nutritious meals for children at school, child health screenings and referral services, parent education, family support services, and services to children with special needs through an Individualized Education Program (IEP) which is provided by San Francisco Unified School District. 

The mission of Kai Ming, Inc. is to offer highly valued, reliable, comprehensive quality early care and education services for children and families through collaboration with parents and the community. We incorporate individual and cultural considerations into daily operations. Our program assess and address changing community trends by working in partnership with other agencies, and engages with current issues in public policies related to the community.
