Jefferson School District 251 Farm to School Program

The following description is a summary of our farm to school plan funded by a 2013 USDA Farm to School Program grant: To serve healthier meals, build relationships with the community and local producers, provide educational opportunities for students and staff, conduct farm visits, taste tests, and teach students how their food is produced locally.
