2013-14 is proving to be a year of metamorphoses for Jefferson. The building is undergoing significant construction to expand the school and the garden has been blocked off as a result. Historically, due to federal funding requirements, Jefferson students have never had the same gardening and cooking education that their peers enjoy at surrounding schools.
