Infinite Insight Inc invests in residents of rural communities by providing holistic, continuous, and unconventional place-based educational services as a response to persistent poverty and to improve quality of life.

By examining and identifying sectors as well as factors that contribute to root causes of persistent poverty in Hampton County, South Carolina, Infinite Insight Inc will provide a data-driven, research-proven, and sustainable Edible Education Learning Lab for children and adults (with and without disabilities), with zero acceptance of detrimental barriers including but not limited to cultural injustices; economic disparities; educational degradation; employment destitution; health and wellness deficiencies; or social predispositions.

Eleven core values are built upon three pillars to (1) inform, (2) educate, and (3) inspire through strategic and direct exposure to unconventional learning experiences.

The Edible Schoolyard Curriculum will be supplemented with the Whole Kids Foundation and American Heart Association’s School Gardening Activity Guide in grades Pre-K through 5 and Modern Steader’s Edible Learning Lab in grades K through 12.  In addition, Edible Education 101 will be used as the curriculum for adult participants and the training tool for adult volunteers.
