Homesteading Our School Meals

The following description is a summary of our farm to school plan funded by a 2013 USDA Farm to School Program grant: To increase consumption of locally and regionally sourced foods in schools, and to support and enhance gardening and nutrition education efforts, including career and technical education agriculture, horticulture, and food programs.
