Hillcrest School

The garden goal for Hillcrest Vocational Agriculture is to grow hydroponic vegetables. This is the first time hydroponics will be used at Hillcrest School which is a center school for special needs students. The new system will make gardening more physically accessible to the students. They will sell the vegetables or fruits harvested at a reduced rate to the community. It will provide the opportunity for the community to be in contact with special needs young adults and see their potential.
