Highland School

We see the Sensory Garden as a chance to generate excitement about gardening about nature and about school. To engage the senses we are including plants that are beautiful that smell wonderful that have interesting texture and that taste good. We also will have wind chimes that sound lovely and bird houses to attract singing birds. We are applying for grants so that we can add more raised beds start a compost pile put in paths and install a rain barrel.
