Highland Middle School

The grant will enable us to sustain this promising project and continue improving the health and bonding among students and community members alike. Our goal is to show students where healthy and safe food comes from and empower them with the skills and knowledge to grow their own food. Ideally they will share this information and invite more and more people to participate in the garden. We envision the garden as a central bonding and learning space in the community.
