About the Program:

Growums are themed garden kits that allow children to grow complete gardens and encourage them to eat healthy foods- a vital concern for educators and parents everywhere, as our country
continues the fight against childhood obesity. Growums has 6 different garden kits (Pizza, Taco, Salad, Stir-Fry, Herb, and Ratatouille) that comes with a self-watering tray, 8 seed-starting pellets, 4 different types of seeds and 8 character plant ID tags. Each seed is represented by a lovable Growums character. The characters come to life and teach children step-by-step (from seed to
harvest) how to grow their own garden through FREE online, interactive, educational, video lessons. Every 7-10 days the Growums characters email a reminder that another video lesson is ready. Growums has over 120 online videos and over 70 characters.
In addition to these entertaining lessons, you can play a variety of fun games at www.Growums.com, including Tomas’s Tomato Tumble, Iceberg’s Seed Savin’ and more. There are also games for mobile devices such as Gopher Madness. The Growums character profiles, located online, includes nutritional facts and coloring pages, making the entire experience fun while educational.
The Growums "Fundraising Program" allows schools and organizations 50% profit form their proceeds. Growums pays for the shipping and the sales materials needed to hold a successful fundraiser. The " Discount Purchase for Education Program", allows a 50% discount on products purchased, in quantities, for schools or organizations.
