The projects that will be undertaken with the grant money will also reach volunteers and parents strengthening the school community and the sustainability of the school garden program. Sadler has one of the highest percentages of students 92% who are eligible for free or reduced lunch indicating that this garden project is targeting an exceptionally venerable group of students that can stand to greatly from additional education and access to healthy food and lifestyle choices.
