About the Program:

Edible International Academy(EIA) is the international program which is offered during the weekend in the beautiful campus of Incheon English Village in order to provide 100% English immersion curriculum to Korean students. Through its systematic components during the weekend and vacation period, it provides an opportunity to take rigorous international curriculum without giving up Korean elementary curriculum provided by Korean schools during the weekdays.

EIA’s green education has its origin in ESY, Oakland, CA. Students cultivate their own vegetables in EIA garden and eat them for their lunches and snacks. Cafeteria and schoolyard turn into classrooms. Students naturally learned to appreciate food on their plates and realized the importance of food cycle that they never thought of before.

EIA students also learn diverse cultures by cooking a variety of food from different countries. They also complete their semester projects by the end of each semester such as Kimchi and tomato ketchup.
