Eagle Peak Montessori Public Charter Garden and Outdoor Education Program

We are a public Montessori charter with a well-established community of support.

We have a small-scale year-round garden featuring pollination forage, natives, medicinal and edible plants. We integrate Montessori practices and philosophies into Nature Study and care for the outdoor environment. We have a greenhouse, composting, in-ground and bed planting and plant guilds. We have sound organic practices and are evolving from a more ornamental model with a classroom component to a production-oriented, permaculture influenced, strictly outdoors model as we seek to explore community building, social issues, and sustainability in the garden over the next several years.
