About the Program:

Our goal is to become a sustainable garden that can benefit our PEACH Health Club, our school, and our community. Our objective is to donate fresh produce to our school cafeteria and community members in need and allow our students to be active participants in the welfare of our school and community. This grant will help us achieve two objectives of our garden. We will purchase the materials necessary to grow seedlings and flowers successfully. We will be able to sell our seedlings and flowers so that we may be able to supplement the expense of maintaining our garden project. Secondly, our community involvement has grown to the extent that we need to add additional raised beds to accommodate the number of community members sharing our garden space and produce.
