Enhancing the learning experience at the “Pow” by growing a science-based garden space.

The Durango Discovery Museum is committed to sparking curiosity, igniting imagination, and powering exploration; we are now excited to extend our mission through Discovery Garden, coming to our campus this May. Our goal is to develop a science-based garden space that will serve as a living laboratory and outdoor classroom where visitors of all ages can connect with their food and their environment through hands-on activities, labs, and camps.
