Cultivating Food Systems for a Healthy Harvest at School

The following description is a summary of our farm to school plan funded by a 2013 USDA Farm to School Program grant: To expand our network of local food committees to 12 counties, begin processing local produce at 2 schools, and to enlist a few students to create a food production/demonstration garden for our region to visit and learn from.
