Cleveland Farm to School Program

The following description is a summary of our farm to school plan funded by a 2013 USDA Farm to School Program grant: We will develop a more coherent strategy and approach to Farm to School Programming by blending our food service, academics, and health/PE departments, and leverage the local farming infrastructure that surrounds the city of Cleveland.
