Burton Elementary and Middle School

With our garden grants we hope to expand current community gardens to implement garden and nutritiion education in local elementary schools as well as build new school gardens for schools that do not benefit from community gardens and show interest in building their own garden. Through these gardens we hope to increase childhood education about engagement with and access to fruits and vegetables ultimately promoting healthier living for the community.
