Boise Urban Garden School

The Boise Urban Garden School (BUGS) is a specialized, inquiry-based education organization that utilizes an organic garden setting as the foundation for our unique learning environment. Our mission is to grow healthy bodies and inquiring minds. In 2013, we will celebrate our tenth anniversary, and since our founding, we have provided our students with knowledge through “real life” experiences. We know that a student that is able to dig in the soil, plant a seed, and watch it grow is excited to eat the fruits of their labor, and will understand the science behind a sprouting seed or photosynthesis.
