ACE Charter School

ACE Charter School believes that learning should take place wherever you are, and that being conscious of the world around you is vital to education. Our Garden Program has successfully given our students an opportunity to understand their relationship to food: where it comes from and how it benefits us. Now, we'd like to take this to the next level and bring our harvest from our established garden to the table. We would like the children to know the joy of growing, preparing, cooking and eating their own food. To do this, we need a portable kitchen that has its own water source, prep area and cook top. With this portable kitchen, the students will recognize that they have the power to make healthy choices with foods that they grow but may not have had the opportunity to ever try.
