Taft Elementary School

We want to expose vegetables to the children in a fun hands-on way that they can take ownership in the process as they learn about nutrition. Our ultimate goal is to demonstrate that healthy well fed children learn better and hope that this educational project can lead to a reduction childhood obesity.
