Shining Rivers Waldorf School

Shining Rivers Waldorf School's focus of our edible schoolyard is to provide educational experiences for our students where they have their hands in the dirt and eat their harvest. The project is also evolving into a Community Supported Agriculture program in order to grow a production garden and finance a permanent part-time Gardens Keeper position for the school to coordinate the gardens and teach classes. This grant will help us to integrate gardening into the everyday life of our school
