Pathfinder Earth Project

The Earth Project (EP) is a collaboration between  our local non-profit Nature Consortium and Pathfinder K-8  that exists to foster environmental awareness and stweardship in our school community. One of the main ways this is done is through the Organic Garden Classroom where students participate in all aspects of food production. Another project of the EP is the school's Green Team, whose student members help other students to sort lunchroom waste, recycling, and compost properly. In addition, the Earth Project manages seasonal garden events, rallies volunteers for sustainability projects, and supports environmental education at the school.
