Local Greens Abundance

We are a new hydroponic indoor farm in Berkeley producing lettuces, micro greens and herbs. We will begin serving local grocery stores next month. We anticipate overproduction of produce which we want to donate to Edible Schoolyard programs. We would like to offer two things:

1) Produce: living lettuces, micro greens and herbs

2) A resource called "Guess the Greens", a game students can play that inspires them to try  different varieties of greens in a fun way.
