Saturday, June 21: Fruit Jam Farm Festival

Celebrate Summer at Our Fruit Jam Farm Festival – Saturday, June 21

As the sun lingers longer and summer starts to bloom, we’re thrilled to invite you to one of our favorite seasonal traditions: the Fruit Jam Farm Festival! Join us on Saturday, June 21 from 10am to 1pm for a joyful, hands-on celebration of community, creativity, and the abundance of the season. This free, family-friendly event is open to all, bring your neighbors, your kiddos, your colleagues, and anyone who enjoys a good jam session (pun fully intended).

We have a lively lineup planned for the day. Guests can enjoy a cooking demonstration complete with seasonal samples, and take home a bag of fresh produce from our CSA giveaway while supplies last. There will be a community book swap featuring cookbooks, gardening guides, and children’s books, feel free to bring gently used titles you’d like to pass along. Gardeners can also pick up nutrient-rich compost and participate in a plant clipping exchange—bring a few and take a few! We’ll have homemade jam tastings, plus music and movement activities, art-making, bubbles, and games for all ages. There’s also plenty of space to spread out a blanket and enjoy a picnic, so bring your favorite snacks and settle in.

Our Farm Festivals are a true community effort, created with care, shared with joy, and made better by everyone who joins in. We hope you’ll come celebrate with us, and maybe even add something special to the mix. We can’t wait to welcome you to the farm.

Our productive farm in South Stockton boasts fruit orchards, chickens, beehives, and community plots. It is a classroom, gathering space, and learning lab. The farm is an inspiring space where students can build skills, explore their relationship to food and food systems, and experience the interconnectedness of all living things.
