About the Program: 

"We OLive the World" is a program started by Stile Mediterraneo - the Mediterranean Cooking School in Puglia Italy.

Goal of the program is to improve people's health and wellbeing through the Mediterranean food and education.

Stile Mediterraneo is run by food experts, olive oil experts and doctors.

They have developed this unique program (We Olive the World) through which people learn two things:

1) how to taste and recognize high quality food products, olive oils, ingredients; what are the best foods to include in a healthy eating plan (whole grains, legumes, seafood etc); where to source the antioxidants from etc.

2) how to put together and cook ingredients in a way that not only enhances flavors but also health benefits.

Throughout the program people learn how to become Conscious eaters that improve their health and happiness through food.

They learn how taste the best extra virgin olive oils, what kind of grains, bread and pasta they should eat, how to use vegetables in order to get the most antioxidant content.

They also learn Stile Mediterraneo's unique cookery method (slow cooking, cooking in sea salt crust, cooking with the best etra virgin olive oil etc) that results in very healthy and very tasty dishes.

 

ABOUT STILE MEDITERRANEO SCHOOL

Stile Mediterraneo was founded by Cinzia Rascazzo (Harvard MBA; certified olive oil taster, food expert) and Marika Rascazzo (cardiologist and author of the book: "Mediterranean Secrets for a Healthy and Happy LIfe")

Together they conduct culinary workshops and tours in Puglia (Southern Italy) through which people learn everything about the ancient cuisine of Puglia that has been handed down from mother to daughter for centuries and is today Unesco heritage.

Stile Mediterraneo School and its unique cookery method were featured in the New York Times, Sunday Times, National Geographic, Gazette de Montreal.

Stile Mediterraneo organizes events around the world (from Mediterranean cooking classes, to olive oil tastings) to promote its unique cookery method and health approach to tasty food.
