Alice Waters + Steven Satterfield Cooking and in Conversation

Please join us for a virtual event* with Alice Waters and Steven Satterfield. Steven will join Alice in the Edible Schoolyard kitchen classroom at Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School in Berkeley, CA to cook from his new book, Vegetable Revelations: Inspiration for Produce-Forward Cooking.

The book features innovative, adaptable, and delicious ways to serve a wide range of vegetables with over 150 recipes. 

All donations made in support of this event benefit The Edible Schoolyard Project.

In addition, for local audiences! On Tuesday, July 11, from 4-5pm Steven Satterfield will be at the Chez Panisse Café bar signing copies of Vegetable Revelations: Inspiration for Produce-Forward Cooking and the Café menu that evening will feature recipes from his book.
