Cooking Club Instructor Training Manual
This handbook was developed as a guide for volunteers that were leading cooking lessons as part of an after school cooking club program at one of our school garden sites. The volunteers were responsible for approximately 20 students of mixed elementary age. The manual provides teaching and student management guidelines, as well as resources to develop lesson plans and recipes, and carry out these plans.
