Edible Schoolyard NOLA Family Food Night

Edible Schoolyard New Orleans hosts "Family Food Nights" regularly at the four K-8th grade schools it serves in the FirstLine Schools network. In the words of school director, Sivi Domango, from John Dibert Community School: "They are learning and cooking together and it creates such a collaborative family environment between the community, the school, and ESY." The kitchen classroom comes to life when parents and their kids join for a night of food exploration, taste testing, and cooking.
