About the Program: 

We sustain communities though gardening and build a skilled workforce who will enter into jobs & careers in culinary, public health, environmental-sciences, education, and more. We grow food, feed the community, and increase the physical, emotional, and financial well being of citizens in North Omaha and the Metro Area. Young people sixteen through twenty-one years old work, learn, and practice twenty-first century skills, which make them a well rounded, experienced, and qualified employees in careers that better the health of the community. Participants acquire soft/hard skills as they learn transferable skills in careers in healthcare, the environment, education, & culinary/agriculture.
