The Corn Series

This library contains the Edible Schoolyard Berkeley's Corn Series lessons, a set of classes taught to seventh-graders in the fall. This series has students explore the history of plant domestication, try different methods of processing food, and make corn-based foods while thinking critically about foods that are important to them.
